All I can say is "WOW!" Words are just not adequate to thank you for the work you did on my facial scar. You have helped me to feel more attractive and more confident-a wonderful gift!

Through patience and tenacity, you were able to color match with my skin-and as a bonus, the scar flattened (as you predicted)!

Thanks for tackling this "project.†Your skill and experience, as well as your honesty and compassion, were evident throughout the process. Your vivacious, accepting personality made me comfortable from the start. I think that's what made it possible for me to discuss my hopes with you. I appreciated that you:

ü    Let me know what expectations were reasonable

ü    proceeded conservatively and cautiously

ü    monitored my comfort level throughout the process

ü    informed me prior to beginning work what the cost would be (very modest for the work/time you put into it)

There were absolutely no surprises-except the results!

I have had this scar since I was four years old, and I have been very self-conscious about it. Makeup didn't cover well, and I could always tell when people were staring at it. I feel like a new person! I doubt that you can realize what a positive impact you have had on my life. Many, many thanks!

Hi Donna,

Every morning when I look in the mirror I think of you. My eyebrows and eyeliner is GREAT!! I have healed completely but still use the aftercare in the morning and at night to keep things moisturized.

All the girls at work have commented that they think your artwork looks great! One of the girls comes into my section a lot and always says how much she loves the difference in my eyes and how great they look. Several have asked the cost and I tell them I will give them one of your cards so they can contact you directly.

A friend of mine told me about "Wake Up with Make Up" by Donna (Bybee) Staples. I contacted Donna and we set up an appointment. I was so nervous and excited at the same time due to the fact that I have been drawing my eyebrows on for 20 some years. When I arrived at the studio I was immediately made to feel so comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The whole process took about an hour, and was virtually painless. I was thrilled with my new brows! I have never been happier with the shape and the color. It has been almost a year later and I am here to report that they still look great! Donna you are truly an artist.
